Functional Range Conditioning with Anusara Yoga Principles of Alignment!!
10 Week Session begins Saturday January 20 – 8 – 9 am

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and the Anusara Principles of Alignment are a match made in heaven. During these 10 weeks, you will learn to move and practice in ways that:
- improve active mobility as well as stability
- expand usable ranges of motion
- increase strength in the end ranges.
- improve articular resilience (i.e. load bearing capacity)
- improve overall joint health
- decrease risk of injury when moving your body under load
- restore the basic joy of being in a body
