Body Sensing is a unique approach to meditation, using both movement and stillness with body awareness as the entry point for embracing the fullness of our humanness as well as our spiritual essence.

Body Sensing allows us to experience ourselves as pure sensation and uses the senses to deeply nourish the body.  It cultivates an ability to listen deeply to our body’s own innate Wisdom.

Prerequisites:

This 2-hour class is designed as a continuation for those who have taken a six week beginner series of iRest Yoga Nidra.
