Yoga and Chinese Wisdom – Spring to Summer Session

Karin brings together her love and practice of two great strands of wisdom and practice – Chinese Medicine and Yoga (in particular Anusara Yoga and Katonah Yoga). Classes include movement, breathwork, theory, imagination, meditation and cultivation of community (kula).

To foster community and connection, a required commitment is that you plan to attend the classes livestream most of the time (75% or better). However, recordings will be made of each class and sent out afterwards so if you want to enroll for recordings ONLY that is an option.
