Yoga and Chinese Wisdom – Winter to Spring

Karin brings together her love and practice of two great strands of wisdom and practice – Chinese Medicine and Yoga (in particular Anusara Yoga and Katonah Yoga). These classes include movement, breathwork, theory, imagination and meditation.

Livestream participation is encouraged but recordings will be provided if you ahve to miss.
