6-class series Tuesday afternoons – 4 – 5 pm

In person and also available livestream via Zoom

This series of classes welcomes absolute beginners to meditation and as well as seasoned meditators with beginners mind 🙂

Each class will include easy movement and breath to help prepare body and mind for seated meditation.

Karin will suggest a variety of postural options as well as alignment cues to help establish comfort in seated meditation (including chairs as an option).

Classes will include theory and practice, inspiration and information to help you begin or renew your meditation practice.

Karin draws from a wide range of meditation resource, including the findings of neuro-science, the teachings of age-old wisdom traditions, poetry and imagery as well (and especially) her own long-time experience as a practitioner and student of meditation.
