Restorative Flow Yoga + Meditation

Autumn 6 week session with Karen begins Thursday Sept. 21, 5:30 – 7 pm

Continues for 6 Thursdays (September 21, 28, skipping October 6, October 12, 19, 26 & November 2)

Restorative Flow Yoga is a deeply nourishing meditative flow using a slow steady breath, transitioning smoothly, and opening deeper into one’s body and self.  It is an excellent way to slow down from the faster pace and activity of your daily life, restore and renew at a deep level and prepare your mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation. Each class will include a seated meditation.
